How to Order

◆ About the flowers

Fresh flowers are available only for selected regions. We will discuss your needs with you before shipping your order.

◆ Shipping

Shipping is a flat rate of $10 for delivery anywhere in Australia.

◆ Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

■　Direct deposit to bank account
We will ship your order once payment is confirmed.
■　Cash on delivery
Please pay on receipt of your order.
■　Credit card
Various credit cards are accepted online (via Paypal). No Paypal account necessary.
■　Paypal
We also accept payment from Paypal account holders.

◆ Delivery

Orders are usually shipped within 2-3 days, depending on availability of flowers.

◆ Returns

Please return your item(s) to us within seven (7) days of receipt. However, please contact us by email or telephone before returning items, for confirmation. Our returns policy is at our discretion, as is not to be abused as seen fit by Kent Florist. Your item must not have been used, and must be returned in exactly the same condition (including other contents) as it was delivered to you. Shipping costs for the item to be delivered back to us is the responsibility of the customer, and we will not refund the original transport cost.

The provision of goods and services by Kent Florist is subject to availability. In cases where goods are unavailable, Kent Florist will refund the customer in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 5% administration fee.
